VIP Tires & Service

Very disappointed in the service I received. The only good thing I experienced was the staff were friendly but I should not have needed to return 4 times for a simple tire change over & inspection on my car. Started with bringing my car in for an inspection and oil change, failed inspection for my tires which I kind of expected so I bought some used ones off Facebook so it would just pass inspection because it was well overdue. So I bring my car back and have them put the tires on and do the inspection and pass the car, they charged me like $157.00 dollars(which was fine they got me in very fast) and the next morning my tire pressure light is on and won’t turn off so I go back and they tell me first that it had a leak and then said they found a nail in the tire and patched it for “free” and sent me on my way. Well not even 2 days later my light comes on again and won’t shut off so I go back and they now tell me it was just a sensor that needed to be replaced and they replace it for “free” and send me on my way. I expressed to them how important it is to me that my car is safe because I have 3 young children that ride in my car every single day and they understood that. I told them

I went in an talked with Service Writer Sierra and she sold me a set of tires that were perfect for my car. It definitely made a huge difference. They were installed by a Technician named Dylan. He did a fantastic job. This is definitely a store I highly recommend for excellent, high quality service!! Thank you. I have had a lot of work done on my car. Wess done a fantastic job to get my car running really well. He installed a new wiring harness and now everything is running as it is supposed to. He is a top mechanic that I highly recommend for everyone!!! I'd also gotta say the whole team has been fabulous to work with. It's a top notch garage for everyone. I recommend them all the time and will continue to do so. Thank You so Much Excellent team to work with!!!! I will continue to recommend them everywhere

Excellent service, friendly employees. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. We used to go to another place nearby but after terrible experiences, were looking for a more honest, reliable business. This is it. Thank you, Paul, and all the guys at VIP in Brewer. You are our go-to business for all car needs from now on.

These guys are the best! my husband stopped in to have a tire repaired after finding a nail and a slow leak, no appointment, and 1.5 hours away from home, they took him right in and didnt charge him for the repair because of his veteran's plate. Quick efficient and clearly patriotic! Thanks guys!!!

If you're looking for more than a fair price, great service, and people who truly care about the work they provide, then look no further than here. The staff at the Brewer VIP worked exceptionally hard to fix my car after it had an unexpected incident that caused it to be brought in. They were more than accommodating and bent over backwards to get the work done for me. I could not be more thankful for Paul and his team .
